The Canadian University Dubai (CUD) announced a partnership with Binance Pay to accept cryptocurrency course payments, but the initiative’s initial euphoria was dampened by a technical issue. Over 200 cryptocurrencies are supported via Binance Pay, which has no transaction fees.
Over 1800 domestic and international students attend CUD and pay a $18,000 yearly tuition cost. For service providers of virtual assets, Dubai announced crypto laws on February 7th (VASPs).
