Nansen data shows that 15.87 million Ethereum tokens have been staked so far, worth about $19.3 billion. This represents 13.2% of Ethereum’s total supply, along with more than 91,000 unique depositors and nearly half a million unique validators.
However, 4.6 million ETH is the staked supply held by Lido Finance, making it the largest and most dominant entity on the network. An organization holding such a large amount of Ethereum may cause serious issues for both retail and institutional investors.
