ConsenSys unveils MetaMask Staking, plugging into Lido and Rocket Pool protocols. Liquid staking is a method of staking assets on the Ethereum blockchain that allows users to earn rewards while maintaining the ability to freely transfer and trade their assets. The platform’s product manager Abad Mian told Cointelegraph that demand for staking was on the rise following the implementation of proof-of-stake consensus in September 2022.
