How to deposit USDT?

Currently, Coinlocally supports deposit and withdraw USDT, by ERC-20 address USDT from web interface.

Please check your USDT wallet address and deposit your USDT in coinlocally.

How to deposit cryptos?

After loging in, please find “Wallet”-spot Wallet”-“Deposits”, select or input the coin you want to deposit. Please notice that some of the tokens require a tag/Memo/Payment ID for deposit, you will need to input the corresponding tag/Memo/Payment ID when you deposit those coins.

Let's take BTC as an example. You can choose to deposit in two ways: Click “Copy” to paste the coin address to the BTC coin address from sending platform; Or scan the QR code of sending platform.

Tips:

  • - Please confirm your deposit address and the type of coin if it is correct
  • - Your deposit will be credited to your account after specified network confirmation. (You can see how many confirmation is needed in deposit page)

Regarding your assets on Coinlocally, for safety reasons, we kindly ask you to submit a ticket to our customer representatives.

In the ticket, please provide your name, email address registered at Coinlocally, your issue in detail and screenshot if possible. Our customer representatives will help you at the first priority.

Unconfirmed deposit on Blockchain

If you have checked your TxID on the blockchain and it showed "Unconfirmed" on the blockchain, it means that the transaction has already been processed by the sending platform and waiting to be confirmed by the blockchain. After the transaction has been confirmed by the blockchain and gained a certain amount of confirmations, it will be credited to your Coinlocally account.

Confirmed deposit on Blockchain but the account is not credited

If you have checked your TxID on the blockchain and it showed "Confirmed" on the blockchain, please check if the confirmation number has reached the amount that Coinlocally required. If it has not been reached, please wait with more patience.

If the wallet of the coin you are trying to deposit is under maintenance on coinlocally, do not worry because your deposit will be credited after the maintenance is done.

If the number of confirmations that Coinlocally required is reached but there is no record on the website, please contact our customer support for more information.

How to withdraw token/coin with Tag?

When withdrawing some specific tokens, not only will you need to input the correct withdrawal address, but you will also need to fill in the ""Tag"" section which is required for your withdrawal to be credited.

(NOTE: ""Tag"" may also refer to a Memo or Payment ID)

Tips:

  • - Please make sure that both【Tag】(if needed) and withdrawal address are accurate and correctly filled to make a successful withdrawal
  • - To avoid inputting the wrong address, you can copy the address to get the wallet address.

How to withdraw crypto?

After Logging in the account, click “Wallet”-“spot Wallet”-“Withdraw”, then select or input the coin you want to withdraw. After the withdrawal is submitted, you will need to confirm the withdrawal in the withdrawal confirmation email.

Let's take BTC as an example. You can paste the BTC deposit address from other platforms on Coinlocally withdrawal page, fill in the correct amount and click "submit". After that if you don’t enable google authenticator, the system will send an email to your account email, click on "Confirm Withdraw" in the email.

Tips:

  • - For coins with a tag, when you proceed with the withdrawal, not only will you need to input the correct withdrawal address, but you will also need to fill in the "Tag(Memo/Payment ID)" section.
  • - The receive amount = withdraw quantity - the handling fee.

If the status of the withdrawal is completed on Coinlocally, we will not able to locate your funds due to the anonymity of the blockchain. If you have sent your coins to the wrong address by mistake, please contact the receiving platform for further assistance with the funds.

Withdrawal confirmed in the blockchain but not received

If you have checked your TxID on the blockchain and it showed ""Confirmed"" on the blockchain, please check if the confirmation number has reached the amount that the receiving platform required. If it has not been reached, please wait with more patience.

If the number of confirmations that the receiving platform required is reached but there is no record on the blockchain, please contact customer sevice of your receiving platform.

insufficient balance in withdrawal

If there is open order in your exchange account, it would show ""Insufficient balance"" when the withdrawal amount is more than available balance. For this situation, you may cancel the open order or withdraw less amount to finish the process.

You may check your open orders with following steps:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click "Orders"-"Spot order"-"open order"

Address verification failed

If there is a "address verification failed" error during your withdrawal process, it means that the address you are using is not compatible with the token you are trying to withdraw. It is very likely that the token was upgraded or forked, the format of the address after upgrade or fork is very likely changed. Please check the address again and try to withdraw using the correct address.

2FA failed in withdrawal

If you are able to use your 2FA for log in, it is very likely that the problem you encountered during withdrawal is with your withdrawal address. After you filled 2FA code, our system will verify your address to see if it's compatible with the asset you want to withdraw. The address of some token might change after they have upgraded/forked, please make sure you are using the correct address and try again to withdraw.

If none of the suggested steps above solve your problem, then we suggest you to initiate the resetting process of your Google/SMS Authenticator

Cancel withdrawal

Coinlocally will start the automatic withdrawal process as soon as you click the "withdrawal confirmation button" in your confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately, there is no way to stop this once is initiated.
